ANGEL ISLAND HIKE: Saturday, September 8, 2026

GBS members and friends are invited to explore Angel Island with the GBS Book Study Group September 8th. This beautiful, historic island has lush vegetation on the north side and open chaparral on the south. We will enjoy a gentle stroll around the island with wonderful views of Tiburon, San Francisco and the East Bay, stopping at the Immigration Station ("Ellis Island of the West Coast") and Fort McDowell (picnic benches, a beach, and old historic buildings to explore).
